「When going into the office we were greeted by the rudest person ever. Behind the desk was Carol she was rude not just to me but 2 other couples in different rooms. you left the office in tears with her mean and rude words, This was not my first visit to the resort but Carol made sure it would be my last,」

「The parking was easy, the check in process was made great by the staff that explained everything to me, and the room was super clean! Not a problem with my stay at all. On top of that, the breakfast was delicious and convenient.」

「The only things I would suggest is that night lights be installed, more cable channels and lighter comforter for bed for summer. Everything else was fine」

「I arrived to check in at 9:52pm. There wasn’t anyone at the front desk but a sign that simply said they stepped away to use the restroom. 27 minutes later they returned. I’ll never stay at this hotel chain ever again. Where’s the pride in taking care of your customers? After a long day of travel this was completely unacceptable. Also, the third floor is horrible in the hallways. It’s worse “weather” than outside. Unbearable humidity. Thankfully the room was cool.」
