「Awesome stay! Property manager was awesome, gave me recommendations for near by dining options, kept in touch with me throughout the stay. Location was quiet & amenities were great! 」

「太惊喜了，从教堂山开车去迪斯尼的路上，因为堵车开不到了，夜里临时决定找家旅馆住一晚，夜里12点了，check in的门已经锁了，但居然可以电话入住，超级方便！进入房间吓了一跳，好大的套间，我和女儿住实在太奢侈，我们只住了一间，厨房什么都没用上，但真的好方便，周围环境很漂亮，只是因为酒店名字和订单上显示不太一致，加上天黑看不清楚，也没个人咨询，所以都到酒店门口了，转啊转，找了很久才找到。不管怎样，很喜欢这里。」

「Absolutely the cutest place. So clean and friendly . 」

「The Kokomo Houseboat is absolutely beautiful. Very clean and well kept. It was so peaceful on the water and we were able to see 4 dolphins swimming by. Check-in was easy. Bed was super comfortable. And restaurant for dinner was delicious and right at the end of the boat slips. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back. Thanks so much. 」

「While the online pics always look great, you never know what you're getting until you show up. The Hotel is so much better than the pics. Easy Parking and Room Entry, The Hotel is on the beach. so all you have to do is grab a few of the complimentary chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards and walk tot he beach, where the water is amazing and child friendly. 「It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. 「Excellent ocean front get away with the convenience of a condo! The full kitchen was perfect for saving money on eating out. We brought our waffle iron and espresso latte machine and had home cooked breakfast and coffee every morning with eggs, sausage and chicken wings from Publix which is right up the street. The beach access ramp is literally right next to the property(4x4 only cuz it is soft sand but we have a monster truck so it was perfect). Will definitely be staying here from now on when...
