"very beautiful property. The ocean sand was beautiful and they raked up the seeweed daily. The view was amazing from any room. The room with the jacuzzi gets you extra amenities like the rooftop bar and pool, which was a huge plus. The rooms were clean and big. The spa was absolutely amazing."

"We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a wonderful experience. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The only issue we encountered was that the air conditioner leaked, soaking all of our clothes. Thankfully, the hotel staff handled the situation incredibly well and washed all of our clothing at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. One of the highlights of our stay was all the wildlife around the resort. We saw monkeys, macaws, deer, raccoons, and even some of the adorable rat-like animals native to the area, which made the experience feel very unique. The food was excellent! The main buffet had a huge variety of options, and the green chilaquiles were definitely my favorite. I recommend going early in the morning since it gets very busy later on. We also had lunch one day at the oceanfront buffet, and it was fantastic—the food was delicious, the service was excellent, and it was much less crowded. Paco’s Tacos and the pizza were also both delicious. Definitely make dinner reservations ahead of time—they’re absolutely worth it. Our favorite restaurant was the Italian restaurant, and we also really enjoyed the Oriental restaurant. The steakhouse, however, wasn’t our favorite and was the only dining experience we probably wouldn’t repeat. The beach is on the smaller side, but we were lucky enough to have beautiful, crystal-clear water during our stay. Another huge perk is that Xcaret Park is literally about a five-minute walk from the hotel entrance."

"Beautiful property. Had a great time and it was very relaxing. Very hard to get into the restaurants. You must line up to get a seat, and can’t make reservations. So if you are a late eater you are going to the buffet or eating early. If you like good wine you need to bring with you. Even though these things mean a lot to me I would overlook to stay. Great place"
