"No shops nearby except gas, cigars, alcohol. Curtains are unacceptable . No complimentary water which is necessary for emergency cases especially when you check/in late. Shuttle was not available which is the main reason why we stayed here in this place. "

"Has AC, hot and cold water. They don’t wash the top cover on the beds you can tell from the smell. The ceiling of our room had mildew and a big wet spot. The floor near the sink was also water damaged sinking in. You have to put $100 dollar deposit which we never got bad we had some trash like to-go containers on the table and dirty towels in the tub. Only stayed there for a close walk to the stadium other wise wouldn’t recommend we stayed in room 202 I believe."

"I had a terrible experience staying here and would not recommend this location. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because it advertised a complimentary airport shuttle to and from LAX. However, when we got on the shuttle at the airport, we were told it would actually cost $10 USD per person for what was literally a 3-minute drive. When we questioned this, the shuttle driver, front desk staff, and even the manager were extremely rude and dismissive, despite us showing proof that the shuttle was supposed to be complimentary. The issues didn’t stop there. The rooms were very dirty, and the building itself is extremely old and clearly not well maintained. There were multiple issues throughout the property that made the stay feel very run down. To make things worse, the only toiletry provided was a small bar of soap. There was no shampoo, body wash, or conditioner, which is pretty surprising even for a budget hotel. Overall, the customer service was poor, the room conditions were unacceptable, and the shuttle situation felt misleading. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else near the airport."
