「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...

「Location was amazing for being in downtown. City parking was legit across the street. But many downtown attractions all are within walking distance. The staff could not have been more courteous. They were amazing. Extremely friendly and suggested a great breakfast spot. Was there for a two night stay and the room was amazing. Would definitely recommend, if you need to be in downtown. 」

「Review SpringHill Suites Detroit Auburn Hills was an excellent place to stay. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast had a good variety, and the location was convenient for getting around the area. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.」

「Chic and definitely trendy. Loved the decor, the business center was incredible-- private rooms, beautiful lounging area. Full service kitchen with coffee machines. Absolutely perfect for meeting clients and working all day with some closed door privacy as well. The rooms were amazing-- the chilled water in the fridge in jugs vs. single use plastic was much appreciated. 」
