「Mr.David was the most gracious host. I checked in very late, last minute and he greeted me with a friendly smile and when I asked if the tiki was open he said no BUT then went behind the bar (as the owner can) and found me a cold beverage after my long day of travel. And breakfast was delivered to my room the next morning again with a friendly smile. Room was spotless and in meticulous condition. Cannot wait to go back again. Mr.David was amazing, highly recommend to anyone who loves Bacalar. 」

「Perfect hotel for relaxation. The view is breathtaking. The room was huge we liked the separate toilet and shower stalls, the multi use shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We would have liked a bottle of lotion too. The on-site restaurant patio was a real bonus, the food was delicious and plated beautifully The waiters were very personable and professional. 」

「Beautiful grounds right on the lagoon. Easy to pop out and see the sunrise. The rooms were small but tidy and had most of what was needed. Only wish there was coffee earlier in the morning since breakfast didn't start until 9 am.」
