「The staff at Blue Palm are the absolute best and help with excellent suggestions for tours, dining, you name it. They arranged a sailing tour for me on the lagoon which was the best tour I've ever enjoyed in Mexico. The owner, Juan, informed me about the best places to visit and background info and history about the Bacalar area and the new Train Maya. The garden and pool area is restful and beautiful. The gardeners are true artists. Speaking of art, the art and decor in the hotel are unique....

「El servicio de este hotel es sin duda uno de los mejor o el mejor que hemos experimentado, las vistas son hermosas y al ser un hotel pequeño te sientes como en casa en todo momento. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos」

「Recomendado !!」

「Habitación limpia: personal atento」

「The rooms are spacious and modern with fridge although at the time the property is in renovation and partly in construction. Helpful staff and a 10 minute walk to the main square.」

「Chambre très propre et confortable, personnel serviable et accès facile.」

「I have stayed at Poza Clara Sanctuary several times, and it is the best small hotel in Bacalar. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The included breakfast is delicious, substantial, with plenty of options. The garden and pool area is beautiful and relaxing. It is in walking distance to the lagoon and center of town. I highly recommend this charming little sanctuary, and I will certainly return.」
