Our room was very nice. Great size and comfy beds. Great location to restaurants and to the Laguna. Restaurants that I recommend close by is Mr. Tacos and for breakfast I recommend Finisterre. La Playita is also a great please to eat for lunch and dinner. Bacalar is a gorgeous place.

From the outside and area, we were a bit turned off. HOWEVER, once you enter the gates of the property- it’s beautiful and the rooms are GREAT. The area ended up being great and close to many places to eat and access to the lagoon. Would stay again.

This place was Fantastic! We were blown away what a peaceful oasis in the perfect location walking distance to amazing restaurants and the center as well as the lagoon.The amazing staff stood out made the experience so memorable. The hotel felt very safe The rooms are clean and very comfortable! My husband loved the coffee maker and coffee they provided. The bathroom were large spa like feel with hot water and good water pressure. Your large sliding doors lead out to a patio to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. At night it lights up beautifully as well. My husband and I are already planning our next stay here.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. However the property was not clean- we couldn’t use the pool. Our second room wasn’t stocked with drinks- we had to ask for blankets as the beds only had a very thin silk linen.

New construction hotel so it feels modern and clean. AC unit in room is so nice to escape from the tropical heat of the day. Pool is refreshing, though on the smaller side. Great location to walk to various places throughout Bacalar. Highly recommended to rent a bike to get around much faster.

We stayed one night and it served its purpose. The room was clean. The beds are firm and there isn’t much of a blanket; it’s just a light duvet. However, because the area is usually very warm, it was really all you needed. It also has a/c to help regulate the room temperature. The front desk was quite informative and accommodating.
