The room was large and very comfortable. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. The food at the restaurant was very good although they were closed a couple of the days/times we wanted to eat. In a safe area and walking distance to everything you could need. I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable and clean. We appreciated receiving lots of good information when checking in about activities, restaurants, etc. Pool was lovely to cool off in and breakfast was really good with variety. Would definitely return.

An amazing piece of paradise!

We had an amazing stay at the Blue Palm Bacalar! The grounds are stunning, with landscaping worthy of a botanical garden. The restaurant food is simply amazing. So delicious and beautifully served. The owners and all staff are friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and very comfortable. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

This is an amazing boutique hotel that surprised us both when we arrived mid day. It is beautiful and although at first we thought the area was "iffy" that turned out to be absolutely wrong. Very safe, easy to walk to many dining areas and the main town square. The pool, hammocks, deck beds are all amazing. The landscaping on the hotel grounds is fantastic! The staff are wonderful. The girl at the front desk organized a massage company to come to the hotel. She also arranged a boat tour of the Bacalar Lagoon. I would love to stay here again!

A gem of a hotel - Home away from Home.

My husband and I had the most amazing stay. The room was large, the bed extremely comfortable, and the morning included breakfast was fantastic. The pool is good for a dip and for relaxing in the hammocks after a long day at the lagoons. The hotel staff at the reception, the restaurant and housekeeping were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel setting is very tropical and holiday like.The owners (Sam and Juan - originally from Atlanta, Georgia) are there pretty much 24x7 ensuring your stay is nothing less than perfect. A big thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay heavenly.

Beautiful boutique hotel. The most lovely and helpful staff who cannot do enough for you (had coffee delivered to my room at 4am when they found out I was having to work UK time zone). Great location, great breakfast - just stay here!

We spent a relaxing weekend at this property. The rooms were spacious and clean as well as the pool was relaxing and refreshing. The included breakfast was delicious with several options to choose from on the menu. We especially loved how close everything was including many restaurants and the Eco Park that we could just walk to instead of going in the car. The owners and staff were super friendly and helpful from the time we arrived until the time we left. We will definitely be returning.

The staff was the highlight of our stay at this hotel. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. If you stay here you have to try the food at the hotel’s restaurant, everything was delicious!! But I personally recommend the Ceviche. Breakfast is included and although the options you have are limited everything is tasty. They have bikes that you can use for free. The town is very safe. We had a wonderful time here. The Hotel is perfectly located. Can’t wait to go back and stay more than just two days.

Lovely Hotel! We stayed for 2 nights at this small, cozy, and nice hotel and it was the right choice. The staff was super friendly, we met other guests in the restaurant and they shared us also their positive feeling about the hotel. The food was good, especially the drinks. I would like to thank the two ladies in the reception for their kindness and attention. Definitely a great place to stay in Bacalar, we felt we spent the best two nights in Yucatan there 💚

This hotel is fantastic! It’s central, has parking, beautiful pool, gorgeous rooms - so much care and attention has been put into this, and breakfast was the best so far. But, what makes this hotel really stand out is the service. The lady on reception was able to answer every question we had, and on arrival explained all the potential tours, restaurant recommendations, provided a map and gave us all the information we needed (in perfect English) - sadly we only had a day here. The owner ‘hosts’ breakfast welcoming and chatting to all guests, which is a really nice touch. He recommended a whole day of activities , which we followed, and it was fabulous. Very, very highly recommended. This is a must stay hotel.

What a stay! We enjoyed every second on the location, we typically don't stay in our hotel/resort much of our vacation time but this place feels so welcoming we enjoyed every second and spent more time than usual on site. The hammocks, in the gorgeous infinity pool was simply breathtaking, and so relaxful, the rooms are clean and have such a exquisite touch to them, making every room a private experience, however the absolute best was the service of the caring staff on site, genuinely you felt cared for, they offered help with smiles, and truly guided you to the best experience possible. Breakfast was served, so deliciously with service and a smile, we received an anniversary cake that was simply tasteful and the breakfast options that are included with the stay are yummy!!! We enjoyed knowing that staff is cared for and that they enjoy what they do, truly it shows. I'm eager to return and share this charming-location with all my family and friends. Its walking distance to the centro, and lagoon. We vacation quite a bit, but by far this place left us jaw dropped! We loved our stay. Thank You Blue Palm staff, Karina y Miguel
