「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some...

「Very clean. I got the one with one bedroom, kitchen and living room area, and it was spacious enough for 6 of us. King size bed with hot tub and 2 full size sofa beds. The area has a beautiful view to wall around and take pictures. The pool was ok」

「We had a great stay. We evacuated from hurricane Milton and needed somewhere to go for our family of six. The property manager was very quick to respond and went above and beyond to help us with our stay. Definitely a thousand stars for their personable service.
The home was an older home and actually reminded us of a hope we used to live in not too long ago, which made it nostalgic. It was a great stay. 」

「Great location, beautiful spacious apartment, comfortable beds/space. It was well appointed with kitchen items, bathroom, and laundry. The apartment floors were a little dirty and there really needed to be a fan in the 2nd bedroom. It was pretty stuffy in there with the thermometer limited to 72 at night. The AC unit was a little loud but cooled well. Unfortunately, the pool was too packed to enjoy, and the gym that didn't open until 9am was also packed. The gym was well appointed, and there...

「Everything was great during our stay.we loved the homey feel with everything we needed from 3bedrooms to the full kitchen. The only negative was there could be a few more towels etc for a full family.Although there was a washer/dryer there, it took time out of of vacation time. "They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. "
