「Good short stay, thanks」

「Breakfast outstanding. Only down fall they are closing their doors after being in Ottomawa, iowa for 60 years. Closing date set for May 30 2026.」

「Our bathroom wasn’t clean. Used cotton swabs behind the trash can. Hair all over the tub. Pool under construction. Counter lady was nice and helpful when I told her my issues. She said the manager would give me additional points on my account however I have not seen any.」

「Checked in at after 10:00 PM. We had to ask for hand soap for the bathroom & an ice bucket because they were not in the room. The bed had no top sheet. The breakfast was all picked over before 8 AM. No fruit or yogurt available. No healthy options.」

「none of the pictures on this site is real or accurate. they are air brush or straight up a different hotel! room was dirty, hair in the fridge, sheets dirty, the bathroom had goo coming out the walls, ripped carpet and the windows would not lock, not safe at all. we cancelled our and left! 」

「Property was new and very nice. There was a place to eat within walking distance that was convenient. The person who checked us in was okay, but lacked friendliness and when both the TVs in the lobby did not work, she was unhelpful and did not make any effort to resolve the issue. 」
