Great location, nice view even though we didn't get a "room with a view"

Wonderful place, wonderful people, wonderful stay. The perfect home away from home when in Venice. A true hidden jewel on the lagoon.

It was a wonderful, special stay. The room, staff, facilities, location, and perks were all excellent.

Perfect location and very personal and friendly manager. He helped me with my bags and was very patient.

Great location, super friendly staff. I was pleased they spoke Spanish and English as well. I highly recommend using a private water taxi for arrival and departure from the train station, rather than taking a jam packed vaporetto and walking 15 - 20 min with luggage to the hotel.

Palazzo Odoni was an ideal location for our 2 weeks stay in Venezia. Stairs were NO problem at all for us. Room was large, bright, and quaintly Venetian- so lovely to hear the church bells every morning starting at 8 AM. Team of lovely staff, esp. Carmella - sweet, gentle lady in charge of breakfast. Freshly baked bread every morning - the aroma wafting through the palazzo. Eggs and other main items made to order. Individual plates of assorted meats; assorted cheeses, assorted fruits; cherry...

Amazing! Very clean! And very friendly .. beautiful place! Thank you!

I did a lot of research before I decided on this hotel and I am very glad that I picked it. Can't say enough about how great this hotel is. Ca' Gottardi is a very clean hotel with beautiful rooms, and a clean and modern bathroom in the heart of it all and yet a good distance from the overcrowded tourist area. Fabio, the owner goes above and beyond and is the model example of Italian hospitality. He made us feel like we were visiting a best friend's cousin in Italy who was trying his best to make...

I would definitely stay with Claudio again! He went out of his way to accommodate my arrival time as well as assisting me to get to the airport at the end of my stay, very early, by navigating me through the city's water busses and having a taxi waiting for me at the drop off. He also was essential to help me through the city and had great recommendations provided for food, travel, and shopping. I could not have appreciated him more! The room was very spacious with a large private bathroom. It...

I chose the La Palazzina after much research and from the reviews and for the easy access from the main train station. (no need to take a vaporetto or water taxi - a very short and easy walk even with luggage) My experience far exceeded my expectations. We stayed in the Main Building and were upgraded to the Terrace Room, which was 2 single beds and our own private terrace overlooking the canals and bridges. We loved it! The only downside was the bathroom did not offer a shower, but the...

Helpful staff even thought the front desk was in a different property 3 blocks away. Great location!

This place is amazing! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but easily walkable to a multitude of places, including a supermarket and a cafe around the corner that serves great cappuccino. The women at the front desk were super friendly and helpful and made you feel welcome. I would absolutely stay here again,!

My parents and I had a perfect stay at Locanda Sant'Agostin. We arrived in Venice a few hours before check-in, and the hotel was happy to watch our luggage. I received an email weeks before our arrival with very clear directions from Venizia St. Lucia to the hotel. We were greeted by Federico — a true Venetian — who was very hospitable and gave us a map to get around Venice. Venice is a maze, but Federico gave us clear directions to the main bridges, which were only a short walk away. We...

A small informal hotel with comfortable beds, great airconditioning (necessary in July), very considerate staff with an excellent continental breakfast and coffee. In the heart of the Castello district with many fewer tourists (Including us); little piazza's nearby where you can watch locals in the evening and near one of the best restaurants where we've eaten in Venice over many visits. It was one of the staff recommendations. The shower, as in many converted palazzi, was a bit small for we,...

We booked La Locandiera as a no-frills but well-located accommodation option, and it exceeded our expectations. Of course there are some small areas that could use improvement (the occasional peeling paint or shower that leaks a bit of water onto the tile floor), but overall we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others. The communication was great in everything from giving a dropped pin and specific directions to the hotel, to assisting us to come up with alternate ways to get...

This spot was in the perfect location, easy to find and close to many interesting spots to explore. The staff was very helpful and even gave us a list of restaurants that she recommended. We were very happy we listened and found a restaurant close by that had amazing food. The room it's self was very clean and had a nice bathroom and bed. Perfect. Do yourself a favor and get lost in Venice. This was the perfect central location for us to come back to after a long day of wondering.
