「Quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle! Easy to get to from the water bus drop off. Beautiful view of canal. Bedding could have been more comfortable overall. 」

「This hotel was horrible. The AC didn’t work at all and it was very hot. The elevator was scary it worked very slow. The area was very sketchy」

「The staff suggested us the way to the tourist attractions with map provided. The wifi can be connected in the whole hotel area, including room, restaurant, lobby and parking area. One bad thing is the water kept changing from very hot to very cold and vice versa when we were taking shower.」

「Wir sind zum vierten Mal dort gewesen und wussten was uns erwartet. Die Studios sind von der Einrichtung her schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Da könnte man mal nachrüsten. Die Pools sind super. Man muss aber schnell sein um eine kostenlose liege zu bekommen, da sonst alle durch eine Gruppe älterer Italiener belegt sind. Die Rezeption ist nur von 16 bis 20 Uhr besetzt und wohl auch nur am Hauptanreisetag Samstag. Es wäre schön wenn man öfter einen Ansprechpartner hätte. 」
