「I want to give a special thanks to the owners of this property.. The room was clean and well kept and the room was clean and spacious.. The most important part of this property it was very quiet and on the main street and easy access to the local shops 」

「Everything was great, bed was comfortable, check in was easy. There was just one thing: I went down to ask if the front desk had a nail file and she looked at me like I had a hole in my head. Isn’t that supposed to be an amenity you provide if asked. I understand not having them in the room anymore - but to not have them at all and then when a guest asks for one to look at her like she is stupid for asking - I don’t think that’s an IHG standard. 」

「I will be honest I wasnt expecting much being that everything was sold out in this area but when I saw how clean and also looked like it had just been remodeled inside everything looked new and refreshing. I was able to park truck and trailer and took the golf cart to dinner and drinks downtown. We will definitely be back to stay here. 」

「We really had a great visit in Mount Dora. The Heirloom Inn was quaint. It was located conveniently to everything downtown. The car stayed parked on premises until it was time to leave. When we arrived at approximately 3:00pm there was someone from housekeeping there that was very nice. She made sure everything was good. Overall great stay! 」
