"Room carpet smelled like urine, stairwells dirty, pool dirty, requested clean towels 3 times they were never delivered. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. This hotel did not feel clean or safe. "

"Spent one night at this hotel and forgot to lock my car door for one hour while unloading and noticed all my belongings in my car were gone when I returned. The amount of time it took for the thieves to take my belongings seems calculated and I'm sure I was being watched. This hotel needs to monitor there parking lots more often. Especially since it's a free lot and anyone can park there for any amount of time. I will not be filing a police report since the items that were stolen were only valuable to me. But I am terrified of (and probably won't be)staying at this location again knowing there is No parking security. If anyone stays at this location. LOCK YOUR CARS. AND DOUBLE BOLT YOUR HOTEL ROOM DOOR! "

"Joshua manager was very nice and kind . Their customer service was excellent . Close to shops , old town was 10 minutes walk . Very close to shops, coffee shops , and Resturant’s . I will difficulty came back here again !!! 😊"

"I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years, but hadn’t been here for a while. The location is right in the heart of old town, which is fantastic. The building used to be very picturesque. It’s still covered with beautiful Bougainvillea. But the rooms are quite shabby and old. The bed was very uncomfortable. The flooring is in need of repair. Sadly I don’t think I’d stay here again."

"This hotel is a very tired property, totally not worth the 610.00 CAN dollars I paid for 2 nights. We had asked to have more coffee pods put in our room and we never did get them. Would I stay here again....no way!"

"Room was perfect. Hotel is in convenient location for San Diego Civic Theater and beaches. However, parking is tight and someone dented my truck."

"The beds and the wat water pressure are to die for. Insanely quiet for the location, close to the airport, and love being able to have a hot brekkie in the morning."
