The room itself is clean, spacious, and relatively modern. Wifi worked well once I finally was able to connect. Unfortunately, the in-room coffee maker only offered decaf. Biggest complaint was the $20 per night fee to park, which is apparently new and wasn't disclosed in the original online booking. This was my second time in two months staying here, and despite the decent room and good location, I don't think I'll be back a third time.

check in - meaning just to get keys since i already checked in mobile- took almost an hr! The room is clean with really soft beds that killed my back. There are no chairs or tables in room. The walls had dark marks and walls are paper thin. Woke up to someone walking heavily above our floor along with everything going on in the parking area right outside the door. Someone actually opened our door - said sorry and closed the door- luckily we had the lock in place - can’t tell if it was staff or some stranger. That was definitely scary! It was ok for a night, i don’t think i could have handled a few nights here.

The room was clean and had everything you could need. The property is confusing and laid out strangely. Building D has gated parking, so that's a plus. There is no shuttle despite what the listing says, so that's a disappointment.

It was an okay stay. From the pictures of our room when booked, it showed a kitchenette. When we arrived, no kitchenette. I don’t like false advertising. The room was okay. We had little gnats and bugs in the room and that was not okay. Elevators not working. It was very noisy around the complex. We heard screaming from someone and yelling from the clean up staff throughout the property. Checking in was good. Check out efficient. It was an expensive stay for the quality of hotel. Very crowded probably due to a lot of people on vacation.

This place felt pretty ghetto. Blood on my curtain. Chipped paint. Janky shower that was mounted low and to the side of center made no sense. Random homeless asking for money outside. I don’t think it was a property issue. More of a Southern California issue it seemed like. Probably better than a super 8 or days in but this doesn’t reflect my experience of a Wyndham in other states.

We were disappointed with our stay. When we checked into our assigned room, we found a bottle of lubricant under the bed, which raised concerns about cleanliness. One of the towels also had a yellowish-brown stain, and we didn’t feel comfortable using the others after that. Additionally, we were not informed about the $20 per night parking fee at any point during our stay. We only became aware of this charge after seeing it on our card the day after checkout. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and transparency made for a disappointing experience.

First problem was I didn't get the room I booked which was a king with mobility. Subbed w/two queen room. My biggest critique is that there was no weather stripping on the door. There was a halo around the door from light being able to get through. Which also allows in bugs. The tub stopper didn't fit so I couldn't take a bath for the two days I stayed there. Which I prefer over a shower. The day staff lady (who sits furthest from the door) I had to deal with was overly rude. I didn't get her name because I asked for the manager. He did take care of my request properly. The hot tub was dirty and unsanitary. And that was the whole reason I chose the hotel in the first place. On a positive note: The evening staff member Frank was very polite and tended to things correctly.
