「The bed sheet connected to the bed is full of hair. I asked front desk to help me change the sheet, and then they gave me two sheet which is new and clean. Then I compared them, and find that the one on my bed is green, old, and dirty. The towel there is also dirty, which has soap remaining on.」

「The hotel was great, a little out dated and the rooms are small. We got a room with two beds. They were so close to the wall you really can’t walk on that side. Might as well pushed up against the wall. Other than that it’s ok. You have to go get more towels if you need them. 」

「The staff was very friendly, able to start the check in process since we were early and allowed us access to the grounds before the room was ready for us. The room was very clean and comfortable, the garden was beautiful, and overall was one of the best stays. The fan in our bathroom started acting up and the response was almost immediate to get it fixed. If we come back to the area, we plan to stay here again. Thank you Back Bay Inn!」
