Highly recommend this property. Our room had amazing ocean views and walk out access to the outdoor sitting area and firepits. We loved being able to walk down to the beach, the location was perfect.

Gorgeous room with close beach views (depending on the room you get). Only downside is parking is first come first serve and limited, so be aware that the seagulls/pigeons will attack your car and will most likely need a car wash

The views are amazing from the cliff side. We had a second level unit with vaulted ceiling which was spacious. We loved our stay and will stay again.

The beach view was amazing, fairly easy to access if you don’t mind a few steps. The check in was welcoming and informative with great restaurant recommendations. Fires on the ocean patio were inviting and well attended. A very comfortable inn, highly recommend!

The floor LOOKS clean because of the laminate, but it is dirty. I wiped a small area with a tissue to pick up something, and the tissue was black. Also, my husband is sensitive to particulates in the air (dust, etc.). His nose continually ran except when he was in the hot tub and when we went to dinner. After dinner we returned to the room and his nose started running again. We had isolated him at dinner (an important family memorial event) because we did not want to pass on what seemed to be a new cold, but it wasn’t a case of illness; it was due to an unclean atmosphere in the room. This is NOT due to your gracious and hardworking staff. The drapes, fan, floors, area rug (and probably bedspread) need to be cleaned.

Lovely spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff and easy beach access with a nice walking path along the bluffs to take the pups out. Property was in a quiet part of town but we loved that you could walk along the beach to downtown Pismo. Also really appreciated that there were ceiling fans because it got pretty warm when we were there

Location is great! and you can tell there were some updates but overall was a renovated Motel. My room smelled damp and smoky but all rooms are smoke free? Dirty/stained desk chair. A table too large for the space. You could barely get in on the right hand side of the bed. The pool was always murky and very uninviting so we skipped it. The bathroom looked old. Chipped and moldy paint. Old tile that had some mold as well. Beds were comfortable but the sheets were scratchy. Fire pits were few and although we were told they were for all we tried to use one close to a room and were told it was for them. Wouldn't recommend.

This was a great location. The property is wonderful, super clean. The location is amazing. Great views. The fire pits were awesome. Lots of seating area. The bistro area had lots of good options and hot options as well. The only drawback that I had was the room was no noisy in room 211 as the upstairs above us sounded like a herd of buffaloes running back-and-forth throughout night. Must not have good installation because we could hear upstairs.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Was a welcome rest for an otherwise busy holiday. Relaxing looking over the ocean was calming. The breakfast options are poor but serviceable and the one thing on my wish list would be a sun lounger to relax on as the chairs aren’t all that comfortable. The pub next door serves great food. All in all it was a wonderful stay and i would recommend.
