「We had a room with two queen beds and a sofa. It was great for our family of four. The kids loved the indoor pool. Breakfast had good options for everyone. Easy to park. The only reason we would not return is because the beds were too soft- my spouse and I were rolling into each other during the night. I ended up sleeping on the couch because it was firmer. 」

「Due to a flight and a long drive from ORD, I arrived at the Carmel ESA around 3:40 AM. There was a phone at the door, so I picked it up and dialed 1 for check-in service. It was a pleasant experience—the ESA service lady came out and opened the door to assist with my check-in. Thank you, ESA!」
