「Being next door to the venue for the concert was excellent. However, originally booked through the hotel and never got confirmation. Ended up double booked with Expedia and the staff cancelled the earlier cheaper reservation I had made with the hotel itself. After asking a third person, he was told to make it in our room. We had been told at check-in coffee would be available by 6AM? Our room had plenty of space and the kitchenette was great.」
