「Resort needs updating. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, our curtains were not on track properly and very difficult to open/close. Food in the Samurai Restaurant and the Italian Restaurant was mediocre. We did find a good variety of offerings in the Buffet and chose to eat out on the patio for breakfast and dinner which was quiet and relaxing. The service in the buffet was good. Excellent desserts and omelettes too.」

「Room was great; most rooms have a balcony with a soaking tub! Dinner options and entertainment was great. Outside activity concierge was great - helped us with rental car. Internal concierge not very helpful - did not introduce us to activities and amenities on the resort. Beach was quiet and location of resort was great but it is on the quiet side of the island if that’s your preference. Spa was just ok. We did a couples massage and got 20% off from Expedia booking! 「This property is outstanding. No big crowds, lots of personal attention. Beach was very clean and not covered in seaweed. The property has a historic feel to it, very classic. Do not go here if you are looking for an ultra modern architecture experience. Nor should you go here if your looking for a party vibe. Very relaxing quiet redort with outstanding service. There is a butler waiting for you nearly everytime you leave your room! Restaurants are great too.」
