「Yes breakfast was fresh」

「The pool was closed, much to our disappointment. There was notice of pool being closed when booked and staff said it was on the Website putting blame on us. They did refer us to the 3 public pools, one of which was closed and the other 2 had an unknown wait time for over capasity. The YMCA requires membership, which the staff misinformed us about.」

The bathroom door in the room could not be closed due to misalignment. The breakfast was out of items basic items for days. You could get cereal or waffles which one waffle machine wasn’t working. There was no complementary. Coffee after 10:00 am. If they ran out of coffee during the two hour breakfast time, you were just out of luck and had to walk to...

「We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. Please change hot water for oatmeal. I advised front desk but day 2 and 3 advice not taken. Current way is burn hazard. I know from experience. Please listen. Bed so comfortable we want one. Contacted matress company but only sells to hotels.」
