"I was placed in a handicap room and I did not request that. The room had an odor and I informed housekeeper and she responded quickly and brought me some air freshener. The room was clean."
"I loved this hotel! I’m just discovering it year 3 of my son’s schooling. The people are wonderful. It feels like a family taking care of you. I booked a 2 bedroom but only needed one. They suggested I switch since they had a suite available. It was the most beautiful bridal suite from the original party of the hotel. It was huge! It was stepping back into time and so tasteful and classy. The pictures I’m including with the sitting area, giant bathroom and fairytale bedroom. They offer a complementary glass of wine and free breakfast 6-9am but that was a little early. I’ll be back! "
"I enjoyed my stay at Sheraton Greensboro. It was clean and quiet. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the airport shuttle. The bar/lounge downstairs was really nice, incredible drinks and great service.
I didn’t get to use the pool because of inclement weather, but it looked very beautiful.
