「This hotel does not have an elevator. There are 2 small flights of stairs which is OK but very inconvenient when you have 5 pieces luggage to get up to the room. I asked for help since there was no designated bellhop」

「The staff is amazing. Lorenzo and his team were extremely friendly and hospitable. The hotel provides a unique and exceptional vantage scenic point and view of Cape Town and Table Mountain. The view is spectacular! From the reception area, to the kitchen staff, and bar , housekeeping at every touch point and interaction the staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend this property it is also centrally located without the busyness of the water front. 」

「location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference. We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window. The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it. The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience. In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.」
