「I took my dog to the beach and stayed at this hotel. I would highly recommend dog owner to consider Hyatt for a stay by the beach. The staff here is very dog friendly. 」

「The furniture is a bit outdated in the first tower (OBC) and needs updating to match the decor of the Oceanaire tower. The first room I was in (Queen studio kitchenette, oceanfront) was on a lower floor where the hallway looked like a prison with brown walls. I found nasty, shaved hairs on the bedsheet like it wasn’t washed or changed between guests. I immediately call the front desk who immediately rectified the situation. I ended up upgrading to a suite and it was fantastic. The ocean views...

「This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was in a great location directly on the beach. There were 3 separate pools. One for 21+ , and outdoor pool whic was kid friendly, &. Indoor pool. Staff was so nice and the property was so pretty & clean. The playground on the beach was perfect for my travels with my God-children. Other reviews states parking wasn’t free, but it was, they gave me free parking in the garage a block down. If you valet it’s $26 a night. 」

「The resort was extremely nice. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond. The spa was great. Would recommend large space to get ready and check the whirlpool more often for cleanliness. Our only complaint was fees. There seemed to be a lot of “hidden” fees when we checked our account during the weekend. 」
