「Very welcoming staff, nice location, clean & tidy room」

「The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least. The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help...

「Excellent place to stay right on the beach. Pool, sauna and jacuzzi was great as well. 10 minutes walk to Burleigh shops etc. Second time here and would happily return. 」

「We stayed 5 nights in one bad room , the room is clean and comfortable with great ocean view, we all loved the kitchen and balcony very much, we enjoyed cooking in the apartment and BBQ by the swimming pool, it needs about 8 mins walk to the supermarket and restaurant but just a mins walk from beach. The staff Jenny is beautiful, nice and helpful, she answered our question fast and fluently. highly recommend this appartment to the others who love sunshine and the beach.」

「这次定的是海景四人房，非常非常满意的居住。整个房间面海，阳台有12米长，海滩就在眼跟前，下楼50米左右就到了。海滩非常干净，沙很细。人也不多。酒店附近就是公车站和最大的shopping mall. 闹中取静，交通方便。」

「房間乾淨清潔，每日都有人清潔房間和添加一片小餅乾，是游水過後的重要小零食，孩子都非常喜歡。房間有提供微波爐，也有家庭廚房和其他住客一起使用，家庭廚房有焗爐，也可以燒烤。只是飲品機失靈，付錢後卻沒有飲品落下。」
