A special thanks to the hotel manager, who was incredibly attentive—they noticed my needs without being asked and kindly assisted me with printing, which was far beyond my expectations. 「It was really an excellent stay... we had originally chosen this property because we heard about the great location, wonderful breakfast in the pool,/hot tub area. Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed for maintenance during our stay- but honestly, the great shower in the room almost made up for it. We will definitely return anytime. We are staying overnight in the Grand Rapids area.. staff was wonderful in the restaurants and in the hotel. 」
