The stay was ok. The room was clean, water pressure was good however I did ask for a 1st floor room as I am disabled and it is hard for mw to climb stairs. Also our air conditioner did not blow out cold air like it should. The front desk lady came to check it and said she didnt know, we were not offered another room. It was hot and uncomfortable to sleep in a hot room where you sweat. We have been here before and never had a problem. Would probably try a stay again some time.

The parking lot had litter. The pool area was nice and the room was good. The breakfast area was not staffed for over 45 minutes. They were out of spray to operate the waffle machine for 3 days. There was only peanut butter as a spread.

Checking in was to start at 3pm but I was told that I couldn’t check in as they were still cleaning the rooms and so to come back. Additionally, the difference between the Clarion and what’s listed on Expedia…Expedia doesn’t mention that the pet fee is 30$ per pet and it list that the rooms have a bidet…there’s not a bidet. the air conditioning works but the door to the room doesn’t close properly and could be easily kicked in. The bed seems to be comfortable and accessing the room was easy enough.

The lady that checked us in was nice to the other people in front of us and had a attitude with us for some reason, not quite sure what that reason was. The other employees were nice. We were put in the room by the exit so it kept sounding like someone was trying to come in our room when people open and closed the door.

The staff of this facility were very friendly. The building itself was awful old rundown, no dresser, no nightstands, remote control, and work for the TV. They listed a pool that had no water paint on the floor, hollow doors loud in the halls never again.

Dissapointed

Worst bed ive ever slept in. Security doors in back of building did not work, any one could walk in. Upon check in, hair in shower, crude and hear in ice bucket top. Old soap chunks on floor in rest room corner. Very poorly cleaned. Desk people extremely nice.
