Despite being an old and somewhat rundown hotel, it was pretty well maintained and the price was quite reasonable. Everything worked in my room, which is not a given these days at hotels. The fridge, air conditioner, microwave, tv, and all lights worked! The room was pretty nice with a huge tv. The area although a little rundown also, seemed to be decent and pretty safe from what I could tell in staying one night. My room seemed to be clean and i have no complaints about the cleanliness of the room. Overall I had a good experience, so I would definitely consider staying there again

Hotel is dirty and in disrepair. The pictures are not accurate. This is more a cheap motel than a nice hotel to stay for the night. Would never stay again

This property was conveniently located near Frederick Meijer Gardens which was a beautiful place to visit. It also is a great venue for concerts. It was a short drive from the hotel which was very practical. The breakfast options were good. The staff in the breakfast area was helpful. The area was relatively quiet. We would stay here again.

Rooms in that hotel are over priced for they sell for. The building is run down, now well taken care of. I had a small toilet seat for a child. Bad caulking job in the bathroom to cover up inconsistencies

The building is very old and not maintained. The grounds were not kept up either. The furniture is old and damaged as well as many parts of the building and rooms. The elevator was very dirty. The front desk was slow and not very professional. Breakfast was OK. I would not waste your money here. Spend a little more and go somewhere nicer.

The property was what one would expect of an older facility. Room was sufficient and comfortable. Check in and check out was easy. The only thing we found odd was that the advertised Airport Shuttle ended up being a private owned six seat Suburban like vehicle that had a hard time handling luggage for and the five passengers that morning. And the owner/driver didn't help with the luggage loading or unloading.
