「I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. 「Our stay went pretty well. We’ve stayed at the property many times and this one was different than most in the sense that we had gotten to the hotel by 3 as we always have in the past during much busier occasions (Easter/ Summer events) and were always able to have a room soon as we got there or a very short time after. We were informed that check in is in fact 4 which we had been fine with but our rooms as well as many other couples didn’t open up until well after 4 (4:30 」

「Tout était très bien mais je suis toujours consternée quand les buveurs de thé sont oubliés. Du café à profusion mais pas un sachet de thé? C'est décevant. Pour le reste, lit très confortable, propreté impeccable. C'était super.」
