A simple, no-frills place to stay, but clean and perfect for an overnight stop on our drive back to Ontario from Nova Scotia. Kamouraska is a lovely little town along the St. Lawrence River, and we were lucky enough to enjoy a clear evening with an amazing sunset. The room was basic but clean, and once I understood how the code entry system worked, getting in was easy. A great spot to rest for the night and enjoy a charming little town along the way!
The location was perfect. Right in town and easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and the shoreline with the stunning sunset views. It was clean but pretty basic. Was disappointed that the TV didn’t work but otherwise it was meet our needs.
Locate on the quiet main street of Kamouraska in a heritage building, near centre, with spacious room, clean, beautiful new hardwood floor, quiet and comfortable. We had a delightful afternoon walking around town, and a restful sleep. Auberge decor is a little sparse and basic, and our room was is need of more lighting, both for reading and ambiant. Main floor restaurant young staff were very nice and helpful but menu short and basic, dishes assembled as there is no cook in kitchen, good selection of beer and reasonable local wines, and unfortunately only filter coffee, sadly no espressos or flat whites.

very cozy and authentic of the little town
close to good restaurants
friendly people and nice staff
Very conveniently located auberge on our travels between Toronto and Nova Scotia. Interesting old building. Nice that they had a dining area and offered some breakfast items.
Beautiful stay in a great area, for us this was a found gem. The place is really nice and the were just installing heat pumps (ac) when we were there. Has charging for cars and the town was a great historic little town. Would stay again
Our room was clean, cozy, and full of charm. Nestled in a quaint town just a short walk from the St. Lawrence River, it was the perfect peaceful retreat. Everything I needed was close by, and the quiet, welcoming atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home.
