"Toilet plugged, staff smoke in the lobby!"

"Staff were helpful, cheerful and very professional, couldn't ask for better. Breakfast was very nice, area was neat and clean.the eggs were great. Parking was alittle tight be that was because we had a Uhaul with cartrailer and car with motorcycle trailer. .The room was smart clean, beds were quite comfortable the only glitch was we couldn't control the temperature of the room, it got a little warm when sleeping. I would recommend this hotel and stay again if I were needing a hotel in the area. Staff were very accommodating."

"Me and my fiance pulled off here for the night to rest our heads and the staff was so sweet and accommodating and very helpful for traveling in the future I wish that we were staying in West Virginia longer because this was a wonderful place to see the lake. There's a restaurant on the premise as well as a wonderful patio. Definitely would recommend this place to anybody traveling!"

"Did not meet expectations. Shower is tiny, molded shower curtain, old bar of soap still in the cubby, old shave caps on the shower floor, no towels or wash cloths. The AC is ancient and doesn't work well, no trash cans anywhere in the room or bathroom. The Wi-Fi was very hard to connect to and only lasts for an hour before kicking you off. You have to keep asking for supplies before you get them. The entire property needs to be updated and repaired. There are holes in the walls and only one outlet you can use. The room was non-smoking but reeked of cigarette smoke and smelled stale. I apologize but I would not recommend. "

"It was very nice and clean. We got there late so the staff had already checked us in. We could go straight to our room and sleep. I was very pleased."

"Bathroom was not clean. Had to call the front desk to send it to be cleaned. Dirty towels left from what I am assuming is the previous guest in the room. "
