「The location perfect walking distance to everything. Paula is the one who helped us check in she was amazing and she suggested a restaurant on the pier and she nailed it. Paula has so much knowledge about santa cruz and thing to todo. I would definitely ask her before going out. Can't wait to come back. 」

「Quite old but it wirjed for us. I don't think the shower/tub was ADA compliant....no hand grip or foot grips in the tub. My husband said he almost slipped. But setting was pretty cool and they had a diner and a lounge with live music.」

「Check in was easy. Deposit was only 37 dollars. Don't know why but its better than the usual 100. There's breakfast and yes they have a waffle machine. You can eat in the breakfast area or take back to your room. There's guest laundry i live that is like 150 to wash 200 to dry available from 9am to 10 pm. 」

「When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby.
