"The pictures were NOTHING like the property. It was very old and dirty. Check in was done on paper. Zero amenities. Walls and bathroom had visible mold and dirt. The house shoes were also very old and there was an old towel coming out of bathroom. Key was a normal house key and door was not secure. We walked out 5 min after going in and lost 4 nights that we paid for and went to a new hotel. It took us 20 minutes to find a car that would come get us because it was so far from town. "

"The property manager, Moon, was excetional. She was very attentive, friendly and gave us accurate advice on local providers. We enjoyed the riverside breakfasts, the pool was clean and refreshing. Our room was spacious and bathroom shower had good pressure, aircon worked well. For the price we paid it was great value for money.
