Every single person we encountered; from the staff we communicated with ahead of time on WhatsApp, to the very welcoming doorman and literally every member of the staff was exceptional & went above & beyond expectation to make our stay wonderful. 「The hotel is close to the Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace. The staffs were very nice and helpful. However, the equipments in the gym are a bit obsolete. It was cold in the hotel room although the heat had been turned to the maximum.」

The breakfast was sensational. I would go especially for this at ABC kitchens. A special mention to the young gentleman (apologies I can't remember his name) he was extremely helpful.
