「The experience was so unreal, Edgar, Fredy, Irvin, Jose, Sheyla, Daniel, literally everyone were AMAZING. I have visited a lot of countries and this was by far the best experience was staying here. They are so attentive to EVERYTHING it’s so much. Would give it 10 stars if I could 」

「We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.」

It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. 「Everything is at the average level except the showering. We got problem of the hot water, which was unstable and the staff could not help. Which was at the midnight 12. Room is a bit old but clean . Breakfast is just common and nothing special. 」

「We love staying at Encantada Casa. It’s only a 10 to 15 minute walk to Plaza los Armas, and we were in a nice quiet part of town where we can get a full night sleep while leaving the window open the breakfast. It was really delicious and the omelette station was so fun to wake up to every morning. The staff is so nice and helps with anything that you will need. We did laundry at the hotel too, and they brought it back beautifully folded and smelling great 」
