"This was an amazing property. I wish I had known that we couldn’t swim in the ocean at the resort due to the rip currents and extreme waves prior to making our reservation. We were able to go to the public beach (definitely recommend) it was just a short uber ride away and we were able to swim with all the fish. We had a great time regardless of that. The food was good compared to the all inclusive we stayed at last yr in Cancun"

Marquis Los Cabos, An All Inclusive, Adults Only & No Timeshare Resort

"There were some issues with our first room having a water leak in the ceiling that created a puddle on the floor, which my pregnant wife slipped in. I was unimpressed with the offer given to us for the inconvenience of the leak and having to pack all of our things again to switch rooms. Aside from that, the poolside staff was absolutely incredible, especially Sergio Lopez. Sergio went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed from the very first night we arrived. He is an extremely hard worker, very personable, funny and kind and he deserves a HUGE raise! I would come back again just to see him and I hope he receives some kind of award or recognition for this. Edgardo and Tellez also deserve a huge raise and shoutout as well, they were kind and respectful and hard working as well! The poolside and restaurant staff service alone was enough to make our trip enjoyable."

"If you’re looking for a relaxing, clean and spacious resort, this is it. We traveled with our 3 active teen and pre-teens. Stayed in the 2 bedroom/2 king overlooking the pool and the ocean. The room was awesome! We had plenty of room and were never on top of each other. 3 bathrooms!! There’s 3 pools so you never feel crowded and you basically have your own beach. The pool never closes. My kids were swimming at midnight. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food was great. We usually book all inclusive, this property is not so be aware. There’s not much going on as far as entertainment but if you’re looking to relax in a comfortable, clean resort, book this place."

"Everything about the staff and hotel was great, and I have no complaints. The only complaints I have are with the activities and kids club. For the kids club, they charge about $25 per hour. It is very small, and if you want to go there and not pay the $25 per hour, you need to stay with your child. However, there is not much to do in there. I wish they had things for toddlers and the younger crowd. To stay at the kids club, you need to be at least four years old. Therefore, if you're deciding for or against this facility and you have children under the age of four, They will not be able to take advantage of the kids club. For any children above four years old, be prepared to pay $25 per hour for each child. For adult activities, I would recommend some activities that are more sports themed. An example would be beach volleyball, beach soccer, badminton on the grass, etc. They have ping pong tables, but they will only be out or accessible for an hour at a time on a random day of the week."

"The room was immaculate and the service was top tier. They were all so helpful and attentive. You do get greeted by a time share person right away giving you a hard sell for the welcome breakfast but other than that no complaints. It was quiet sophisticated luxury. The food and drinks were also excellent at every onsite restaurant."
