My stay overall was pleasant. I felt like the hotel itself is very clean and the staff is polite and very kind. I gave it four stars because the place is run down a bit. They have a beautiful water façade that was empty. The pool is missing tiles and all the furniture looks like it has been there since day one. The breakfast was pretty good. They have a great spread that changes slightly every day so I encourage people to get the all-inclusive breakfast. The location is also really good. You can always exit the property to get food and explore the town a little more.

The all inclusive package is a great deal, each meal is a variety of delicious food and drink. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, they really seem to enjoy their jobs. The pool area and umbrella area on the beach are very nice. This resort is a step down on the party scale, but it's PERFECT for a slower, quieter experience. If you want the loud parties, take an Uber to San Lucas and enjoy the craziness there. Then come back to Posada Real for a calm evening. :)

My stay at Posada Real Los Cabos was extremely disappointing from check-in to checkout. At check-in, I paid the sanitation fee in USD. The front desk clerk gave me change in pesos, which was fine—but the amount was incorrect. When I questioned it, she became visibly upset and insisted her calculation was right. After I used my own calculator to show the correct exchange based on the resort’s stated rate, she reluctantly gave me additional pesos, but the interaction felt unprofessional. She also spoke to other staff in Spanish in a way that felt dismissive and excluding. Since the resort charges for all-inclusive access before check-in, I had to pay separately for breakfast while waiting. The $20 USD breakfast was not worth the cost. The property itself is clearly outdated and not accurately represented in photos. There were visible maintenance issues, including falling tiles at the beach bar and poor overall upkeep. The drinks were watered down and lacked flavor—even the mint used in mojitos tasted spoiled. The most concerning experience happened on my last day. I went to the dining area about 20 minutes before opening to see if I could grab something quickly before my flight. After being told by the concierge that it was okay to go in, I witnessed a staff member drop serving tongs on the floor and then place them back on the cold food bar without cleaning them. When I addressed this, I was told there was nothing they could do since they weren’t officially open yet. That

This resort was alright. We wanted a small resort and this is the smallest in Cabo. The drinks were lovely and the pool was great. We never had any issues finding chairs. Sadly, the food at this resort was very bad and we had to eat off resort most nights. Also, there was no WiFi in the rooms. I do not believe we would stay here again because of that.
