「When we arrived they told us our solarium room was not available because of electrial being shut off. It was a little rocky checking in but Gillermo Queseda took care of putting us in the room we booked and it was a pleasant stay from that point on. Its clean, safe, staff is friendly, all the restaurants and buffet was delicious. Bed was comfortable, and we are picky. Had extra pillow and blanket, ironing board and iron in closet. They have coffee in room, drinks in fridge, room service was...

「This place was way beyond my expectations! The kids club was unreal perfect for both my 3 year old and 7 year old. They were exceptionally kind and entertaining. The food was above my expectations with the Pizza at Portofino being a highlight. The outdoor movie night was so fun and really special. The room was nice and big and service was amazing with everyone being very helpful and attentive.」

「Everything was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful and relaxing. However, I feel like it’s a bit of a food desert. If you don’t want to drive or use Uber to get to town or other restaurants, the hotel food doesn’t have enough variety. But aside from that, we had an amazing time.」
