It was a great time. We stayed in a junior suite with an ocean view. It was perfect. There was so many pools and things going on everyday. Kid friendly. There was an adults pool swim up bar. The staff was very friendly. I’ll definitely be back soon. The only negative is that it’s so far from everything but honestly with everything going on at the hotel you wouldn’t want to leave.

Staff were great, the food and the restaurants were amazing and delicious and great quality. The only thing that we were bothered about was the AC, my husband is hvac tech and was able to tell like a lot of the AC windows didn’t work or blow air which made the third floor/ lobby so hot.

The rooms were quite decent. The staff was really good, especially at the principal the main pool both the Jesus bartenders and Edwardo. They were so friendly and they pour really good drinks. I think the restaurants had amazing food every restaurant that we tried basically had the best quality food, and the best part there wasn’t a lot of waiting as well.

I love this hotel and the options of the restaurants for the all-inclusive is amazing. The food is very good. I love the room that I have which was to queen beds with partial Ocean View with a tub in the balcony. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is being charged for all inclusive for my 6-year-old grandson. Most hotels in the states will not charge you for a 6-year-old and that would be my only complaint and suggestion that the hotel change the policy.

Ecxilent hotel. Wonderful food and the best staff. The accessibility of the bed and shower in the room, the pool and the rest room in the public areas is poor. Obviously I booked accessible room with roll in shower No bars in the shower, no bars in public restrooms and there is no pool lift to take you in and out of the water. The bed is very high .So for people who aren't disabled it's ecxilent hotel, but for disabled people is much less than that.

Overall, my experience was disappointing. The hotel doesn’t offer enough activities, so there isn’t much to do during the day. The food quality was below expectations, and the drink selection was limited and not very good. There also seemed to be too many rules, which made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the stay. That said, if you’re looking for a quiet place to rest or spend quality time with your family, this hotel could be a good option. However, if you’re expecting a fun, lively vacation with great food, drinks, and entertainment, you may want to consider another resort.

Traveled with my 12,year old daughter and we loved everything about it. It was a memory of a life time. We can’t wait to come back. Staff was very helpful and polite, food was excellent, super clean property. Recommend the ATV/Camel combo tour. The beach is very accessible and very wide and long. Great for walks. Swimming is not allowed. The current is to strong, but you can go to Cabo or other places and snorkel/swim there. Have fun Oliver

The hotel is great and the staff is wonderful! I think this time around the only thing I disliked was the fact how they advertise early checkin/late check out but when you arrive they can’t accommodate it. This is the 2nd year this happened . I also felt like I was being rushed to check out. The night before I had a notice in my room stating your acct has been cleared no need to go to regular check out and also had housekeeping knocking at 8am on my check out date to see if I had already left. I understand they were expecting a big group checking in but all guest deserve same positive experience and my check out wasn’t till 12. Other than that great as always but maybe look into this and make sure all guest no matter “level/tier” get same experience.
