"Likes... The PRICE for Location, Location, Location! The view! The huge patio with seating to enjoy the view. The beds were very comfortable. Everything worked, tv, hair dryer, fridge with a freezer, and the microwave. Dislikes... Arrived about 30 minutes before official check-in time and we had to sit in the lobby until official check-in time. There was not a roll of TP in the room once we were able to check-in, not one square because there was not even a roll for a square to live on, so had to go back to the front desk for TP. There were only two bath towels for two queen beds, had to go back to the front desk to ask for towels. I asked for four, but got two. I was told no one has done laundry for there to be clean towels. We were never able to get more towels, so we hung them to dry, we were only there for two nights, so we made it work. We had a downstairs room and that hallway has a smell. Fortunately, though, that smell was not in our room. Would I stay here again? Definately for all the like reasons. We didnt hang at the hotel, we were there in the morning getting ready to go out and have fun elsewhere and came back in the evenings to wind down and sleep. There were some people that just sat on there patio watching the view from morning til night, so make it what you want for your trip."

"We were put in the handicap room so it was very spacious and roomy. My only complaint is that there was only one sink in the bathroom and the counter space in the bathroom was very small. There wasn't enough room for two people to place there toiletries on the counter. There was only one mirror in the entire room which was in the bathroom. It would be nice if there was also a mirror in the room so that if one person is using the bathroom, another person can put on their makeup and use the mirror in the room. There was also only one towel rack. It would be nice if there was another one or some hooks to hang towels or our travel makeup bags since there was very limited counter space."

"Small boutique hotel a couple blocks from beach. Very good location for access to food / drink / supplies / bikes. Quirky mid-century mod vibe. Not everyone’s taste. Clean room, comfortable bedding, all expected amenities. Would come back. BTW - Venice Beach is such a cool mini-trip. Two full days on the ground is all you need to work on your tan while walking the boardwalk to Santa Monica Pier / SO MUCH going on!"

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise for the room decor, in room amenities, etc. But the negatives were the overpriced parking costs and also the location. The vagrants, homeless, drug addicts all around the entrance, alley ways, public areas in front of the hotel were disgusting. They even keep the main door locked cause of all the issues. Venice beach in general is disgusting. They really need to clean up that area to be charging those kind of prices."

"The family suite was nice and clean. Good sized room. Only thing that was weird there was two tvs and you had to turn on the one in living/kitchen to turn on bedroom. A little noisily in morning back alley way wirh trash truck. The restroom was a little small and the shower curtain needs to be changed the staff and cleaning ladies were nice and helpful. It is on a busy street mcdonalds next door. Close to things main street and to the beach."
