The AC works really well in the rooms, the beach view outside is amazing especially at sunset, the parking is somewhat first come first serve and the reservation for parking is 20$. The fire pit is pure aesthetic but still has comfortable seats, the bathroom could use a bit more cleaning and more accessible toiletries and the towels are a little smaller than regular sized so I recommend brining personal towels. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and the tv makes the setting great for relaxation and watching your favorite shows. Finally the fridge is really good despite being small and cools drinks in record time, as well as the freezer. Overall, a great place in terms of location near the beach and for parking.

This hotel is prime beach location and the staff is ALWAYS AMAZING! This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and will pretty much be my go to hotel everytime I come to LA. Rooms are always clean, staff is always helpful and courteous and the location is excellent for beach access as well as bars and restaurants. Having onsite private parking is also a HUGE PLUS! Overall definitely a must stay if you are in the Venice Beach area!

Awesome location right on the beach, but the property is old and tired. We paid for a family room and got none of the amenities shown in the photos such as a dining table or kitchenette, or even a view of the beach. Instead we got a room which just fitted the double beds, a small shower/toilet and a fridge.

Location is perfect right ON the beach. Two minute walk to Washington blvd where there are a lot of restaurants/bars etc. Hotel has a very nice rooftop and a comfortable outdoor area with couches on main level overlooking the beach. Room was clean, bed comfy and I was happy. You get a real beach experience staying there.
