「Lovely atmosphere」

「Tony is a lovely host and this is an excellent value for money B&B. Maybe ‘old school’ for some but it has everything you need, is spotlessly clean and breakfast was great. The only thing I’d say is that if you don’t like cats or are allergic then maybe it’s not for you. Oh and it’s got amazing views 👍」

「We stayed over for the concert at the open air. The hotel was clean and well maintained- all the staff were polite and friendly. Our room was clean. The bar was lovely and the restaurant and breakfast was perfect. The en-suite was very small but clean. The only thing that would have meant full star rating would have been a better parking arrangement, - a quality mattress and blackout curtains. That being said we would definitely stay here again.」

「Hotel was ok, cleaning standards need to be improved, room servicing needs to be better and no AC in rooms just fans. There is no parking and you need to get a permit from the sister hotel, if they give it to you, permit cost £10 for day and expires at 1:30pm next day. Staff wer helpful at reception and bar, however drinks cost were high. Proximity to main areas was fantastic.」

「Not beach views as it's on a back street . room 208 needs painting on walls and a fan in bath room as you can not open windows as they are wooden windows and could not open. the staff was nice . the hotel needs alot of work to get up to todays 3 star rating.」

「We were given a room inferior than what we booked. Apart from that breakfast was nice, room was clean. Checked on at 3 but room only available after 4.」

「Would never stay at this hotel again, we booked a windowless room however this was 2 floors below ground. The lifts weren’t working , the stairwell was dirty , the corridors didn’t have carpet or they were extremely worn, trying to find your room and way out was ridiculous it was like a rabbit warren with very poor signage . I was told that the rooms had previously been used for asylum seekers and this was obvious given the condition of the facility」
