「The breakfast was not consistent, but there was a wide variety. I think for being a Michelin star it should’ve had homemade pastries not store-bought. I also feel like it should’ve had a small microwave in the room and makeup wipes or makeup towel or something to clean your face with. 「The Property on the outside is very pretty, but the interior is very old and run down. The door locks did not work on our room and we had to rely on a deadbolt. There were several little oddities that occur, such as the AC being turned off during the night in the entire building. 「Exactly as described with a few pleasant surprises like wine and cheese cocktail hour and a delicious breakfast of sweet waffles with praline syrup, and savory sausage and potatoes out in the courtyard. Loved the Oglethorpe room plus Charles was very knowledgeable about the homes history - way better than google! Street parking (payment required 8am-5pm) was a bit tricky but staff was very helpful in guiding us! Savannah is definitely walkable from this home. Highly recommend!」

The room was freezing and had no temperature control. Extreme overuse of scented laundry products made me physically ill and we almost left after one night. 「The corner room is noisy at night- there were many people gathering near the hotels till 1 or 2 am and you could hear them. There was an Irish bar across from the hotels which you would hear the music playing at night. There was coffee stain in the carpet of the room I stayed. The hotel has good hospitality and the bed was comfortable. 」
