「breakfast options / variety not enough」

「breakfast is full of variety」

「Very good location. It was just a short walk to the JB checkpoint so perfect for travellers commuting between JB and Singapore. We also enjoyed the breakfast which offered a lot of options and tasty food. The room was spacious and the shower was great. However, there were ants on our bed, in the drawers and in the bathroom. When told about the issue, the staff only applied some insect repellent and did not resolve successfully. On our last evening, we went to the pool bar to relax, but were told...

「Important! There is a tax charge only accept cash. Didnt mention when I book the room 3 months ago. Make sure you have enough cash before you go check in. The window is facing corridor, and corridors are open, you can hear clearly when people in and out. Still, room is clean, staff are nice.」

「one of the lift is very very slow and breakdown on the second day. only left with one lift very in-convenient.」

「The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly. There are many shops and amenities around this hotel. The hotel is still new. The problem I have encountered in this hotel were room Aircon was noisy when I turned to high volume. The other problem was when I tried to call the housekeeping nobody answered my call. Even I called the operator also nobody pick up my call. Lastly when I called the reception. Also nobody pick up my call. So I am not sure whether are they having shortage of...
