「基於前一次的住宿經驗，此屋地點好，房間也不錯，所以本次出遊依然選擇此處，但是卻體驗到個別屋子可能因為打掃人員不一會有很大落差。本次住到的屋子滿滿霉味、沒有浴巾；另外床的部分感覺上並未更換洗淨清潔後的全新一套床具，第一晚睡覺前就有注意到枕頭套有疑似污漬髒污等情況，因為在房間時間短暫且一家子都累了所以沒有感受明顯異常，只是小朋友隔天一早表示下巴癢，有蟲咬痕跡，但是因為其他家人都沒有所以沒太放心上。第二晚大半夜小朋友搔癢醒來後，發現枕頭居然有至少5 隻以上疑似床蝨的蟲，後來叫醒另一個房間休息的家人，翻找枕頭後發現也有數隻，只能全家起床再次洗澡後集中在客廳等衣物洗潔後烘乾殺蟲。因為是AI系統類的客服，所以沒有任何即時回應，只有退房後才留了一句抱歉造成困擾的制式回覆。」

「The host for this property never provided me check-in instructions and never responded to communications attempts by me or by the hotels.com help disk. I used the ohine number included in the reservation confirmation, and I believe hotels.com help desk used the in-app message service. The host didn't respond to either. I finally had to book last minute elsewhere. This was a pre-paid reservation but as of yet I've been unsuccessful getting a refund. 」

「Excellent serucity staffs and terrible owner. due to iwner did not give info, I was stuck at entrance for 1.5hrs in 35 degrees environment. no respond with chatting, phone calling. Hotels.com neither help anything. The secirity staff tried hard to contact the owner. In the end I could enter.. Otherwise I could not. in the end, the owner gave message made by AI.」

「We checked in at around 6:00 PM. The digital lock was not very sensitive, so some patience was needed before successfully unlocking the door. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 3 toilets.
