We were just right above the mall, there is an escape park which is enough to get the kids occupied the whole day. There is also a ice skating rink.

Hello The overall stay from check in to check out has been very smooth . Instructions given are also very clear and made it really easy for us. Property is very clean with basic amenities provided. It is also connected to the mall which makes it another important plus point!

Love the apartment but not sure why when we checked in there were so many ants in the living, dining and kitchen areas. Also there were no supply of insecticide for us to get rid of the ants. Can’t place food on dining table too as it attract more ants. Overall apartment is quite well kept, scenery is great.

The unit we were given was great overall. Clean and spacious. However one of the bathroom doors wasn't installed properly and we had a hard time opening and closing the bathroom door. Also there was no microwave oven installed which I was expecting from a home-stay perspective. Food purchased outside could not be re-warmed. Other than that, the unit was great.

It is convenient as direct access to shopping mall. Management host is easily contacted via Whatapps. Easy retrieval to get card access from mailbox. Apartment is quite clean. Bath towels are provided. Hand soap, dishwashing liquid and even laundry capsules are provided. Free parking provided for 1 car. 2nd car can be parked for free under visitor parking. Carpark exit into shopping mall carpark by using TNG. So can park at shopping mall if do not intend to leave but have to check out by 10AM. WiFi is slow. It would be good if there’s towel rack and places to hang clothes in the toilet. Only 1 dustbin in kitchen. Water spilled over when showered as glass panel is small. Mattresses can be hard. If you have more than 6 guests, remember to bring a bedsheet for the futon mattress (2 available) and blanket. Overall, recommended place to stay.

Had the most enjoyble experience staying with Antlerzone. Staff were very responsive and professional. Check in is easy. Parking is convenient too. Room was very clean and size was perfect for my family of 5. Cant wait to stay at this place again.

Apartment is clean but the layout of one of the room is not that good as it is beside the entrance. Pics on hotel website looks great but not like it is. The “mattress” also looks worn and old. The carpark is terrible. Only one access allowed for one car and the lot is very far from the lift.

Overall, the stay was nice as the property seems recently renovated. Amenities and towels were provided as well. However, one of the new towels smell, thus will be good check before use. Kitchen has the basic equipment, plates to cups to utensils. TV has Netflix ready to watch as well. What failed the property to achieve 5 stars is the check-out. It was said to drop the keys back in the box at Level 1 then you can go back to carpark to drive off. But after you drop off the keys, you cannot access the carpark which is at Level 5. And if you don't drive out back to the exact same gantry you came in, you cannot ask the guard to help you open the gantry to exit. We wasted quite a bit of time trying to exit and there were angry and impatient drivers behind us. It will be good to review the check-out process and advise with details like how you check-in. I would say that until the check-out is revised, I would not recommend this, unfortunately nice property.

Expedia listed this as 24hr checkin services apartment when I searched. Later when booked the checkin time was 4pm which is far later than 4star hotel nearby which was even working out cheaper with breakfast included. There is no proper support WhatsApp and advance deposit collection was never mentioned and caused delay during checkin and I could only check in at 5:30pm and while checkout WhatsApp instruction warned of addition penalty for each 15 minutes block delay. I was crusted with all this during stay. I will NEVER stay in such services apartment. Hotels are far convenient and predictable.
