「Very good location. It was just a short walk to the JB checkpoint so perfect for travellers commuting between JB and Singapore. We also enjoyed the breakfast which offered a lot of options and tasty food. The room was spacious and the shower was great. However, there were ants on our bed, in the drawers and in the bathroom. When told about the issue, the staff only applied some insect repellent and did not resolve successfully. On our last evening, we went to the pool bar to relax, but were told...

「Actually, I only stayed for one night, but the feeling was just okay. The lobby has kept my luggage in the lobby for a long time until I went downstairs and took it back by myself after few unanswered phone calls being made. Meanwhile, the TV channels are not enough without many choices. The washroom was small if compared to other five stars hotel. If you ask me whether I will stay there again, I won't. Overall, only a 3.5 stars hotel!」
