Staff Iqbal checked us in yesterday, he was very friendly and polite to us. He was very attentive and accommodating to our questions and able to answer us well. The room was very comforting, clean and quiet. Overall experience was very good and would not hesitate for return stay in the future. Room was clean, modern and amenities are great. The premium room we booked has the nice sea view. Prompt response to our requests for extra towel. The only downside is the jam around the hotel and we had to drive up the narrow driveway to the 7th floor of the carpark. Carpark is open-air.
