The Wave Inn is as advertised, 2 blocks from Cannery Row, central to everything. Room was clean, spacious, modern, and beautiful. Staff was helpful, welcoming. Parking (extra fee) was so convenient.

Do not trust the online photos; they are highly deceiving. We paid $400 a night for an old building and a room that smelled like dirty, worn-out carpet. To make matters worse, active construction was happening just 10 feet away from our room in the S building the entire time-including Saturday and Sunday. When we asked for a room change due to the noise, staff rejected our request. On top of the high room rate, they charge a mandatory $25 parking fee and $30 resort fee daily. Between the terrible service, constant drilling, and outdated facilities, we will never stay here again.
